TubeScribe is in pre-launch. The only personal data we collect today is the email address you voluntarily submit to join the early-access waitlist. There is no user account, no product telemetry, and no advertising or tracking on this site.

1. Who we are

TubeScribe ("TubeScribe", "we", "us") is an early-stage project building an AI transcription, captioning and translation platform for video. You can reach us at contact@tubescribe.xyz.

2. What we collect

Email address — only if you submit it through the waitlist form on this site.
Standard server logs — our hosting provider records IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and abuse prevention, as is standard for any website.

We do not collect names, payment details, location data or any special categories of personal data. We do not use cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising.

3. Why we use it

Your email address is used for a single purpose: to notify you about early access and launch availability. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. Where the Brazilian LGPD applies, we rely on consent under Art. 7, I. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Customer media (once the product launches)

When the platform becomes available, audio and video you submit for transcription will be processed solely to produce the transcripts, captions and translations you request. It will not be used to train third-party models. Media will be retained only as long as needed to deliver and let you download your results, and you will be able to delete it at any time. This policy will be updated with the specific retention periods before any customer media is accepted.

6. Processors we rely on

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure, speech recognition, translation and generative AI for our product environment.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms. Data may be transferred outside your country of residence; such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to processing or request portability. Email contact@tubescribe.xyz and we will respond within 30 days. Unsubscribing from the waitlist removes your address entirely.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects data already collected, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
