These terms cover this website and the early-access waitlist only. TubeScribe is in pre-launch and no product or paid service is offered yet. Separate terms will apply when the platform becomes available.

1. Acceptance

By accessing tubescribe.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Pre-launch status

This site describes a platform that is under development. Features, supported languages, models, timelines and pricing described here are statements of intent, not commitments, and may change or be discontinued. Joining the waitlist does not create any entitlement to access, pricing or service levels.

3. Demonstration content

The editor preview and transcript excerpts shown on this site are illustrative mockups created to communicate the intended product experience. They are not outputs of a live TubeScribe system.

4. The waitlist

You may submit an email address to be notified about early access. You must have the right to use that address. We may decline or remove any submission, and we may close the waitlist at any time. Handling of your address is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, submit automated or fraudulent waitlist entries, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.

6. Content rights (once the product launches)

You will retain all rights to the media you submit and to the transcripts, captions and translations generated from it. You will be responsible for holding the necessary rights to any media you upload. We will not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual property

The TubeScribe name, logo, copy and design are ours. Third-party names referenced on this site — including Google Cloud, Gemini, Speech-to-Text, Cloud Translation and Vertex AI — are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced descriptively. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
